STORE POLICIES

* If you do not pass a Federally Mandated Background check and/or are disapproved for possessing a firearm by either the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) or the Maryland State Police (MSP):

* If after Submitting the requisite background check you opt not to take delivery of the firearm:

The Following Charges Will Apply Before You Receive a Refund for a Firearm Purchased from Blue Fins Two, Either In-Person or From Our Website 

· 20% restocking fee of the full purchase price (State tax amount based on the firearm price will not be refunded).

· Shipping charges for special orders or website orders

· $20.00 administrative processing fee

NOTE: ATF and MSP do not allow preemptive background checks prior to purchasing a firearm

All credit card refunds must be conducted in person. No refund transactions will be conducted via phone or email

FIREARM STORAGE

A storage fee of $25.00 per month (per firearm) will be assessed on any firearm not processed and delivery taken within 30 days. Storage fees are assessed beginning on the 31st day and every 30 days thereafter.

After 90 days any firearm not transferred or returned to the distributor or dealer will be deemed abandoned property and all rights to said firearm will be considered forfeited. The firearm then becomes property of the store and will be sold to recoup any losses and outstanding storage fees.

• No firearms will be stored beyond 90-days without the express written consent of the owner.
